I was recently asked how I would lead the Sheriff’s Office.
My answer is simple: I will lead from the front.
To me, that means being present when it matters most, standing alongside deputies on tough calls, supporting them in the field, and never asking them to do something I wouldn’t do myself. It means being accountable to the people we serve and showing up for our communities with integrity and transparency.
As your Sheriff, I won’t lead from behind a desk. I’ll set the standard through action, leadership, and visibility, because that’s what Clearwater County deserves.
